Cusp has transformed its share of a unique city centre site, known as Cromac Wood, into a glistening array of offices ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft.

For over 150 years Belfast’s Gasworks powered the economic growth of the city. In partnership with Belfast City Council, Invest Northern Ireland and the Laganside Development Corporation, CUSP worked through planning, decontamination and construction challenges to regenerate its share of this unique city centre site. Cromac Wood includes business units ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft of fully fitted high quality office space.

The stunning Halifax Call Centre is the largest and most sophisticated call centre of its type in Europe, providing 1800 jobs.
