Clarendon Dock
Belfast’s docklands are unusual in that they form the geographical heart of the city. Cusp developed three significant sites at Clarendon Dock including offices and apartments.
Working alongside Belfast Harbour Commissioners and the Laganside Development Corporation, CUSP has delivered extensive high quality business and residential accommodation across four sites in the regenerated docklands. Clarendon Dock’s landmark is the acclaimed Prudential building providing its single tenant with 100,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art office space over 5 storeys. Equally prestigious is the recently completed Pilot Point building commanding magnificent views over the River Lagan and new home to CUSP’s headquarters.
