Saint Annes Square
Cusp, in conjunction with the former Laganside Development Corporation and DSD, has transformed one of Belfast's most historically significant city centre sites.
Saint Anne's Square, a £100 million leisure, commercial and residential development, is set to breath new life into Belfast's Cathedral Quarter whilst respecting its historical context. The importance of the site in a conservation area has required a design sensitive to the distinctive character of the area and in sympathy with the architecture of St Anne's Cathedral.
Stylish and cosmopolitan, this elegant scheme comprises retail and catering units, turnkey offices, quality residential apartments and a multi-storey car park. Northern Ireland's first Ramada Encore Hotel anchors one corner of the scheme and offers 169 bedrooms and multi-purpose conference suites as well as extensive bar and restaurant facilities.
The focal point of the development is a fabulous European style piazza creating a new public space with potential for performing arts and events.
