In its five years of trading the Diamond Centre in Coleraine has become an iconic landmark at the gateway to the town’s shopping core. Offering 190,000 sq ft of retail space the £30 million Centre has not only made a major contribution to the vitality of Coleraine but continues to grow and evolve with the recent addition of New Look complementing existing brands TK Maxx, Heatons, HMV and Tempest.

In its five years of trading the Diamond Centre in Coleraine has become an iconic landmark at the gateway to the town’s shopping core. Offering 190,000 sq ft of retail space the £30 million Centre has made a major contribution to the vitality of Coleraine. Recognising the importance of strategic asset management with the aim of keeping the customer offer fresh and attractive the Centre has recently undergone a significant expansion and refurbishment programme.

This has paved the way for its most recently signed tenant New Look in a 9,600 sq ft unit on the second floor and the ever popular Sports World on the ground floor. Complementing existing tenants TK Maxx, Heatons, HMV and Tempest these latest additions will ensure that the Centre is at the forefront of retailing in Coleraine.
