Junction One
Cusp and its joint Venture partners have created Northern Ireland's most important retail and leisure destination at Junction One.
Junction One, Northern Ireland's premier retail and leisure destination has transformed 100 acres of vacant industrial land into a huge success story attracting on average 3 million visitors per year. Through this venture CUSP has not only introduced International Outlet Shopping to the province but has also created a complementary leisure and retail part offering high profile names such as Homebase and JJB Sports alongside a variety of restaurants and a 90 bed Holiday Inn Express hotel. Junction Jack's an exciting new Adventure Golf Centre opens at Easter 2010 and there are also plans for a multiscreen cinema. In May 2010 a £25 million ASDA superstore will open.
Reflecting a £200 million investment the company has delivered over 1 million sq ft of development, enhanced the surrounding infrastructure and brought new vitality to the historic town of Antrim. A second phase of factory outlet shopping has recently opened bringing the total number of outlet stores to over 70. High profile retailers featured in centre include international fashion brands Tom Tailor and Gap, high street favourites M&S and Next, as well as a host of leading sports retailers including Nike, Reebok and Adidas.
