Lisburn Square

A unique tribute to Ulster’s Victorian and Georgian urban architectural heritage, Lisburn Square is a 210,000 sq ft, £26million retail and residential development with underground car parking for 210 vehicles. The square lies in the heart of Lisburn City centre on the site of the old municipal swimming pool.

The development is an award winning mixed-use shopping and leisure development set in the heart of Lisburn City Centre. The piazza plays host to a diverse entertainments and marketing programme, coupled with weekly variety and speciality markets to create a truly vibrant retail destination. The scheme includes 30 retail units with a strong fashion core. Next, Argos, Editor, French Connection, Clockwork Orange and JD Wetherspoon are based here.

Cusp worked closely with Lisburn City Council to ensure the regeneration effect was maximised for the benefit of the City Centre.
