RHM Start The Move Into Saint Anne's Square
Turnus Ltd, part of the Cusp Group of companies, has welcomed its first office tenants to the new Saint Anne's Square development. Property consultants RHM Commercial have made the move back to Belfast's Cathedral Quarter where the firm started business ten years ago.
Ciaran Hughes, RHM director explained, "We reluctantly left the area in 2005 after outgrowing our offices in Hill Street. There were no suitable good quality offices available at that time but the situation has now changed significantly with the recent completion of Saint Anne's Square. The mixed-use scheme built around a European style piazza provides a very attractive working environment with easy access, great parking and fantastic catering choice for quick lunches or corporate entertaining. We're only a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and the road communications are superb as we can be on the Westlink, M2 and M3 within a matter of seconds."
Welcoming RHM back to Cathedral Quarter, Shamus Jennings, Chairman Turnus Ltd said, "RHM Commercial are leading property consultants and the firm's decision to choose Saint Anne's Square for its own office accommodation is a ringing endorsement of the scheme. With RHM taking occupation, coupled with the buzz provided by the Ramada Encore Hotel and the new owners taking up residence in the scheme's apartments, Saint Anne's Square is really coming to life and is ready to play an integral part in the regeneration of this important quarter of Belfast."
