Holiday Inn Hotels

The company holds the Northern Ireland development agreement with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for the exclusive rights to develop Holiday Inn hotels throughout most of the province.

Already developed and open is a £6.5 million, 90 bedroom Holiday Inn Express at Junction One in Antrim.  Planning permission has been lodged for a four star Holiday Inn hotel comprising 152 bedrooms, conference rooms and an Executive Jet Centre at the George Best Belfast City Airport.  Other Holiday Inn schemes for the North West and the Mid Ulster area's of the province are being progressed.
